We are a uniquely Minnesotan restaurant and we couldn’t be prouder to be one of the new vendors at the 2023 Minnesota State Fair!

Community is a core value of ours and, like the Fair, we believe in bringing people together. We do that well through our fusion menu that offers the right combination of new and old. The excitement of trying something new with the comfort of your go-to. Our menu works for every palate and every dietary need.

For the Fair, we decided to focus on our core: Sambusas (Beef Chicken and Veggie), Sweet Plantains, Somali Spiced Tea, and Mango Juice

Our Menu
