10/10 for the veggie fantastic and falafel every time. the veggies are always fresh and cooked perfectly with the right amount of sauce and seasoned basmati rice. falafel served with real tzatziki sauce for cheap. even the battered fries are delicious. and a meal always feeds me for two days

looked kind of busy but food was very fast and freaking delicious. Got the steak dinner over Somali rice and tres leches cake. So dope

Beef steak chapati wrap sauteed with fresh vegetables, Somali rice, lettuce and ranch, with fries on the side was wonderful lunch. The menu of Afro Deli and Catering surprises me everyday.

Everything I ordered was tasty and the Somali rice is my favorite. Super awesome customer service.

The chapati wrap was phenomenal. If you want a new take on a gyro, this wrap is IT. A "gyro burrito" is how I'd explain it. It's like a gyro but BETTER, due to the incredible addition of Somali rice & using a chapati to wrap it all up. Not only was it delicious , but it was also beautifully assembled. 10/10 will be back

The food was fantastic. Best hummus and baklava I have ever had hands down and their accompanying fresh hot sauce is good on everything. My dish was perfect right down to the dyed Basmati rice. My daughter wasn't in to trying any of the authentic food and ordered a burger and it was a thing of beauty. I noticed other people ordering burgers too so there are some great options for people who don't want to try any true African cuisine. Plenty of vegetarian dishes too!

Was really excited to try this place. They give huge portions, which I was not expecting, you can definitely split something. Tried the beef (Somali Steak) with lime and lamb gyro. Wish I had tried the chicken marinated with lemon. The basmati rice was delicious, it was my favorite thing! Fast service after they took our order.

I’ve never had Somali food or East African food for that matter, but I was pleasantly surprised by Afro Deli! I had the Chapati and the plantains, and they were really good. The Somali rice was mixed with vermicelli, which gave it a really nice texture. This, along with the veggies and spices make it my go-to dish. The only issue I have are the fries, as they just don’t hold up that well (hence the four stars). Otherwise, the food was delicious!
