Somali Sweet Spiced Tea

Everyone in Minneapolis should know this spot! Diverse menu with tons of great options. The curry chicken is my personal favorite, but I haven’t had anything had. Make sure to check out the Somali Tea if going on a cold day. Service is always amazing, with a real family restaurant feel. Love to see that business has been going well for them with more locations opening!

I just order food from here on doordash and let me tell you this is the BEST food I have eaten in a long time I got a sambusa,somali spiced tea and a cheese burger and fries I loved the sauces that came with it and hopefully when COVID is over I will be a regular there.

Try the fries and Somali sweet tea. And the samosas. And everything.

I spend way too much money here. Delicious food, fast service, and good vegetarian options. Ridiculously good Somali tea.

While oftentimes quite busy, Afro Deli has food worth waiting for. I'm quite partial to the chicken chapati wrap with a side salad, but EVERYTHING I've tried here is wonderful. The Somali tea is an especially lovely treat on a chilly fall or spring day.

Incredible, amazing food. Tried a gyro, sambusa, falafel and plantains with Somali sweet tea. Everything was soo good. Friendly helpful staff. If I lived in the city I’d probably be here all the time. Definitely recommend.

Lovely service and the workers are SUPER nice! I got the chicken suqqar, chicken sambusa and Somali tea. Will come back again!!
